Do you require a security deposit?

No. If you have a credit card we do not require any security deposit, but we simply use that card as a guarantee.

What insurance is included in the price?

Included in the price you will have Casko insurance with a deductible of 500 euros on damage and 1000 on fire and theft. All parts of the car are covered in the policy, with the exception of tires and damage caused by neglect.

If I have problems with my car who should I call? Is towing paid?

If you experience car problems caused by an accident or a breakdown, you have the possibility of calling roadside assistance without being charged any cost.

What documents are needed to rent a car?

To rent a car you will need to present valid identification, such as an ID card or passport, driving license and a credit card in your name for the security deposit.

What to do in case of accident or breakdown during the rental?

In the event of an accident or breakdown during the rental, contact us immediately and follow the instructions provided.

What is the minimum age to rent a car with you?

The minimum age to rent a car with us is between 21 and 25, depending on which car you choose.

Can I change or cancel a reservation?

Yes, you can change or cancel a reservation according to our cancellation policies. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary changes.

What are the fuel policies?

We usually deliver vehicles with a full tank and expect them to be returned with the same level of fuel. If the tank is not full at the time of return, an additional refueling fee will apply.

What are the territory restrictions?

Cars rented with us can only be used on the island. It is not allowed to take them outside.
